Inspector Credentialing Program


This intensive training program is now a home study course followed by classroom review and exam.  You will receive the course manual shortly after you register. The manual is comprised of 11 chapters of detailed information about wdi's, wdo's, wdi inspections, and the laws governing wdi inspections in Maryland.  As you complete each chapter there are several review questions that may be answered open book style to prepare you for the final day of instruction and the final exam.  It is strongly recommended that you complete the review questions at the end of each chapter in preparation for the final exam.                             The final exam IS NOT open book style.
On Sept. 29,2010 Dr. George Rambo will teach the course.
On Sept. 30, 2010 instruction from the Maryland Department of Agriculture, an attorney or legal representative on legal issues surrounding WDI inspections,  and other lessons on WDI-Os will take place.  The final exam will be given after lunch on the second day at Snyder's Willow Grove Restaurant, Linthicum, MD. Upon receiving a grade of 70% or above on the final exam you will have the distinct honor of joining this elite group of    "WDI-O Credentialed Inspectors".

*You should plan on several weeks of home study           before attending the classes and taking the final exam.

All MDA certified or registered personnel that perform, or intend to perform inspections for wood destroying organisms in Maryland.
